The first Inclusion@Lloyd’s report was released in March 2015, with original research on the state of diversity and inclusion in the Lloyd\’s market. The report looks back at 2015, to highlight events and initiatives from around the market, including a review of the inaugural Dive In festival and its legacy. The research features quantitative and qualitative analysis from anonymised interviews with HR executives from 40 organisations in the Lloyd’s market. It includes in-depth interviews on best practice around the market on driving gender diversity, establishing employee resources groups, setting up a diversity forum and establishing a D&I recruitment strategy.
