The Generation Diversity by Caroline Zhou:
The variations within generations are expected to be large. But the generalized characteristics of each generation do prove to be useful in managing diversity in the workplace, because they help individuals understand their own and others’ assumptions about how organizations should be run and how people should be treated. The understanding and appreciation of different generations encourages team members to seek a balance between building on traditional procedures and supporting flexibility and creativity to effectively blend generations' ethics.
Cross-cultural Communications by Jason Inch:
Cross-cultural communication looks at how people from differing cultural backgrounds communicate, in similar and different ways among themselves, and how they endeavor to communicate across cultures. This intercultural training will provide Lloyd with guidelines to follow at Lloyd’s workplace, and some insights on how to communicate with global clients, headquarter functions and foreign co-workers.
