Dive In Singapore - Workability: Disability and Mental Health in the Workplace

26 September, 17:00 - 20:00

138 Market Street, CapitaGreen, Singapore, Singapore

Join us for an engaging and lively panel discussion in which we aim to raise awareness about disability and mental health in the workplace.

The event will unpack the legislative landscape around disability and mental health in Singapore and will provide practical advice and local resources for employers on how to make their business more accessible and inclusive for those with disabilities/mental health conditions. You'll hear inspirational stories from individuals about how they have overcome the challenges of their disability to pursue successful and rewarding careers.

We'll also get insight from individuals in HR/Operations in the insurance industry about the practical ways in which employers can work to make their businesses more inclusive. The session aims to inspire and engage; whether you are disabled yourself, work in operations or would simply like to find out more about these issues, this event is for you!

The panel discussion will be followed by the Dive In Festival Singapore's official launch event – networking over cocktails and food – and everyone who attends the Workability panel discussion is invited to stay on for the festival launch.

This event is sponsored by RPC Premier Law, AIG and Beazley.
