The world is constantly changing and so are the generations. We face a unique situation in international companies in Slovakia – majority of the workforce is the millennial population that grew up after 1989. They are young, dynamic, gaining experience. On the other side we senior professionals are bringing depth of experience, different views and perspective. How do we create the right blend of the junior and senior workforce? How do we attract and include all generations? How should the inclusion look like? How do we make everyone feel to be one team without stereotypical biases?
