Head of Workplace Wellbeing Programmes at Mind
Madeleine is the Head of Workplace Wellbeing Programmes at Mind. She is responsible for the strategic direction and successful delivery of Mind’s externally funded programmes of work with a wide range of employers, supporting them to ensure employees have good mental health and wellbeing at work, and contributing to Mind’s thought leadership in the workplace wellbeing space. This includes Time To Change Employers and The Blue Light Programme – a programme designed specifically for emergency services personnel and organisations. Madeleine was previously a Trustee of a local Mind and now sits on the board of an international human rights charity. She is a mentor with The Aspire Foundation which provides mentoring across the globe to support career development, and the co-founder of The FIND network- a network established to support women working in international development.
