Founder and Director of I³
Nia Joynson-Romanzina is the Founder and Director of I³, a company that provides Speaking, Consulting and Coaching services to promote cultural change, diversity & inclusion and leadership. As a recognized international expert in her field, she is an external advisor to global and local organizations that are committed to driving cultural change and shifting the needle to become more inclusive and diverse. She works with executives to shape, facilitate and implement change strategies at organizational, team and individual levels, adopting an approach which combines challenge, intellectual discourse and creative thinking with pragmatism. An experienced international keynote speaker, guest lecturer and panelist, Nia writes a blog for the Huffington Post on diversity & inclusion and cultural change. In addition to her in-house corporate experience as Managing Director and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at UBS, and the same role at Swiss Re, she has collaborated with numerous global organizations. Complementing her subject expertise, Nia is also a trained CPCC Executive Coach. A guest lecturer at IMD, Nia sits on a number of Boards: Harvard's Women Leadership Board, EDGE Global Advisory Council, WIN International Board of Advisors and IMD Strategies for Leadership Advisory Board. She is a former member of the Catalyst European Board and the ADVANCE Women in Swiss Business Board.
