Head of Talent Sourcing, Lloyd’s
Paul has 23 years’ experience of working across the Recruitment & Resourcing industry and in the early days enjoyed working in small boutique agencies, culminating in leading a small but successful firm as Operations Director. Paul joined Norwich Union in 2000 to lead the Southern regions Recruitment Team. Over time, Paul undertook many roles across the resourcing agenda, which included taking the UK lead role for Diversity & Inclusion, ensuring that all practices and processes were designed with respect at the heart. In 2005 Paul was promoted to Head of Resourcing (UK) and managed the outsourcing of the function in 2009, following which he took the role of leading the Executive Resourcing & Talent function until his voluntary redundancy in 2012. Since that time he has worked on 3 interim contracts (Monsoon Accessorize, Lloyds Banking Group and Catlin Holdings Ltd (UK) ), he is currently Head of Talent Sourcing at Lloyd's.
