Rachel currently serves as Chief Executive of ROHEI which she founded in 2007 and today has 60 full-time consultants. Very grateful for the steady growth, ROHEI’s mission is to inspire hope, joy, courage and purpose in the global workforce. This is achieved by creating inspired learning experiences contextualized to key sectors of Finance, Healthcare, Education, Technology, Government and Retail/Hospitality. 2015 saw ROHEI receiving two recognitions which really encouraged the team: (1) Best Corporate Training Provider 2015 by HRM Asia; and (2) Top 5 Best Companies to Work For in Singapore by Great Place to Work Institute, Singapore. In 2016, ROHEI was also recognized among the top 20 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Asia by the Great Place to Work Institute. In 2001, Rachel started Trybe - a youth organization with a focus to help secondary school students find their niche in life. Today, Trybe has three entities in Singapore. The first entity being the main Trybe office running the original Trybe Program. The other two entities are: being appointed by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to manage the Singapore Boys Hostel (SBH); and being appointed by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to manage the Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC). These 3 entities are led by the Trybe Chief Executive Nicholas Lee and 2 Executive Directors together with a staff strength of about 60. Rachel continues to serve as Chairman of the Trybe Board of Directors. As an alumna of the Harvard Business School, Rachel also holds an MBA with INSEAD (Fontainbleau) and Tsinghua University (Beijing).
