Managing Director, Asia Head – Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industry
Sirikit leads the Asia Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Group for Willis Towers Watson in Asia, based out of Singapore. In her role, she is leading the TMT industry group to seamlessly connect with the various product and geography leaders so as to ensure that industry-specific resources and expertise are delivered to TMT clients. Besides her leadership role, she also manages a portfolio of global TMT clients and provides industrial and senior-level oversight as well as direction in client service-related activities. Sirikit has more than 18 years of extensive experience in insurance and risk consulting. She brings together a wide array of group resources to deliver multidisciplinary suite of solutions for clients in emerging areas of risk management focus such as Business Interruption, Supply Chain, Retention Analysis and Captive Management. Experience Sirikit held various senior positions in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Sirikit led the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) Practice for Marsh in Asia and was con-currently the Asia Head of Strategic Market Relationship Management. Prior to that, Sirikit was Director of AON Global Risk Consulting and focused on growing the Business Interruption Practice in Asia, based out of Hong Kong. In her senior roles, Sirikit acquired extensive experience in dealing with global and Asian clients and have developed a focus in management of senior client relationship and strategic account role with a number of global Technology & Telecommunication firms. Besides her insurance broking and risk consulting experience, Sirikit is also a qualified forensic accountant. She has extensive experience in handling significant property losses on major TMT accounts and has successfully resolved complex Business Interruption claims situations including those arising from Taiwan earthquakes and the Thailand floods of 2011. Sirikit has extensive risk management and insurance experience working with many of the semiconductor and telecommunications companies in the Asia region. These include business interruption and interdependencies analysis, Contingent BI analysis, risk bearing capacity and retention study, captive feasibility study, business interruption claims preparation and insurance program structure for global Property Damage and Business Interruption and Comprehensive General Liability. Sirikit is also devoting her time and commitment to promote professionalism in the insurance industry through Singapore Insurance Institute (SII). She held various SII Executive Council positions in the past 6 years. She is now the President of SII since 2014.
