Bermudian Tiffany Paynter is a trained facilitator in methods designed to enable meaningful community dialogue.

Through the Authentic Leadership in Action (ALIA) Institute, Tiffany is experienced in applying methodologies such as World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Theory U, and Chaordic Project Planning to enable results-oriented conversations.

Tiffany has designed, taught, and lead community engagement events with groups ranging from 20 to 120 community members in important conversations around topics such as workforce development, third sector collaboration, fundraising, drug control and the power of the performing arts.

She has worked with organizations in Bermuda, the US and Canada, including The Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Columbus Ohio; WindHorse Farm, Halifax, Nova Scotia; the Bermuda Government’s Ministry of Public Safety; The Bank of Bermuda Foundation; the Bermuda Hospitals Board; and The Centre on Philanthropy (Bermuda).
