Zoe Sinclair is Director of Employees Matter Limited, the leading organisation that provides seminars and webinars in the workplace on a range of lifestyle issues to support staff. Following a 10 year career at the BBC, Zoe launched Parents Matter in 2004 with the aim of supporting working parents with practical and engaging advice brought directly to staff in their place of work to help manage work and parenthood. Over the years this has expanded to Employees Matter, reaching out to all staff and engaging workers in all areas of their lives from parenting to caring and from nutrition to mental health. The most recent addition to Employees Matter are the very well received Bring Your Child to Work Days where primary and secondary school children have the opportunity to take part in fun, interactive workshops at their parents place of work giving them an understanding of what makes up a workforce.
