Greater diversity is the answer to your talent challenge

For me, the quest for diversity isn’t just about attracting a higher percentage of women into an organisation, or even about making women fit into existing roles: it’s about examining and evolving a company’s culture. Large companies are human systems consisting of complex attitudes, values, and experiences. Achieving a real difference is never going to be a quick fix; it has to be an ongoing evolution towards greater inclusivity, with the strongest change being to the company norms rather than just to the people who are joining us.
