Through a panel discussion, we will discuss the practical solutions of building an inclusive organisation in a business within Japan. Based on their own diverse backgrounds and experiences the panellists will provide insights into how organisations can embrace D&I to drive better business performance and corporate culture, including increasing employee engagement.

Our panel of speakers will represent different aspects of diversity, such as gender, LGBT and disability, in order to provide insights to the audience on the challenges that need to be addressed when developing an inclusive strategy.

Our audience will be employees of the insurance industry, employees of other industries, members of the public and students. We expect our audience to go away with a better understanding of diversity and inclusion challenges and gain some practical insights on how to overcome them.
