Part 2: How Your Organization’s Worldview Influences Your Approach to and Policies on Equity and Inclusion

In this 2-hour follow up session, we will explore organizational worldviews. Like individuals, organizations also have worldviews. They impact internal operations and external relations. They influence an organization’s approach to diversity and inclusion, staff relations and internal culture. During this follow-up to the WVI introduction, we will show how you can use the WVI framework to illuminate blind spots and identify critical actions needed to achieve success in creating inclusive workplaces.
