AIG would like to share their experiences and philosophy on building a corporate culture that promotes diversity and inclusion. This will be a two-part session starting with a short speech from an AIG leader prominent in this field, which will be followed by the opportunity to meet AIG talent at all levels of the organization who are personally involved in the company’s D&I efforts. The ultimate goal is to share best practices and ideas and to create connections.

Colleagues across the insurance industry who are, or plan to deliver change in the D&I space and help make insurance a place where all voices and perspectives and backgrounds are welcome. Attendees should be able to see how a bottom-up and a top-down approach can work and bring powerful results in building strong connections between colleagues and in shaping a corporate culture.
