Dive In Festival Germany, Munich

11 October, 15:00 - 18:00

Allianz Auditorium, Haus 2, Fritz-Schäffer-Straße 9, 81737 Munich, Munich, Germany

The traditional way of doing business is quickly becoming outdated with digitalisation impacting work processes, job profiles and how we collaborate with one another.
Technological progress also brings new forms of communication: Instead of the need for face-to-face meetings, we can now communicate via videoconference. We can choose how to work and when to work, which enables more mobile, flexible and cooperative ways of collaboration and offers opportunities for individual development and participation.
Digitalisation is clearly a key driver of social change, in addition to factors such as demographic change, the increased importance of work-life balance and the question of reconciling paid work and care work.
As part of Munich’s first ever Dive In event key note speaker Stefan Reuyß, co-founder of the Institut für sozialwissenschaftlichen Transfer Berlin, will present on "Career and Care: Men and women in the triangle of work, family and digitalisation”. His three key questions are:
1. How will the relationship between paid work and care work develop from the point of view of both men and women in the future?
2. How will this impact the organization of work and how can the digital transformation contribute?
3. Which examples of good operational practice already exist?
The key note speech will be followed by an interactive panel discussion on “Generational diversity and the workplace of the future” with participants from Swiss Re and Allianz.
The event is co-hosted by Allianz and Swiss Re and will take place in German.
We are looking forward an interactive session and networking drinks.
