Leading Authentically: A Panel Discussion - Lunch Session

26 September, 12:00 - 13:30

DWF, One Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GA, Birmingham, United Kingdom

How do successful leaders stay true to their values and vision? Is it even possible in a post-truth era to lead authentically or is integrity merely an ‘optional extra’ in business? How can I lead when I’m not in a position of power? What does it mean to bring your whole self to work? Curious to explore the answers to some of these questions? Have some burning questions of your own?

We’ve assembled a truly awesome panel of trail blazing leaders for our panel:

• Jennie Koo of RBS, Chair of Women in Business and Finance (Birmingham), who made the Empower Future Leaders list 2018;
• Rose St Louis, Chair of the Zurich Women’s Innovation Network and nominated for Role Model of the Year, Women in Financial Services Awards 2018;
• Andrew Moore Family Lawyer, Mediator, Resolution Secretary (Greater Manchester) and flexible working advocate at Mills & Reeve;
• Francesca Harris of PWC, Barclays Diversity Champion of the Year 2018 and co-founder of The Alliance Network (Midlands).

Chaired by top Business Psychologist Julie Goddard, an expert on ‘Fierce Authentic Leadership’.

We’ll be taking questions live from the audience. All that’s missing is you – we hope you can join us for what promises to be an engaging, truly interactive exploration of leadership today.

*Please note there will be a lunch from 12 noon with panel session 12.30 to 1.30 pm.
