The second event, hosted at the AXA XL offices in Piazza Gae Aulenti, will offer a workshop on unconscious bias and a panel discussion on female leadership in the insurance sector.
The first part of the morning will see Luca Brambilla, a coach in neuroscientific soft skills, non-verbal communication, strategic questioning and negotiation techniques teaching at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, facilitate a workshop on unconscious bias.
Leveraging his background in neuroscience, Luca will use various examples and real-life cases to highlight the strength and extent of unconscious bias to the audience. He will provide tools to adjust automatic thinking patterns and, ultimately, eliminate discriminatory behaviors.
To follow, Gianluca Santarelli, founder and Director of Eureka! Servizi - a training and consulting company - and the Director of the the Eureka! Servizi Master of Transactional Analysis in the organizational field, will talk about "Diversity, from weaknesses to strengths", leveraging his expertise in Educational Sciences and Educational Processes.
Following the two workshops, a panel discussion on female leadership in the Italian insurance sector will present case studies on the importance of identifying female leaders in modern organizations, and highlight the most common factors restricting women’s development and career progression.
