Resilience is a word we are hearing more and more, we live in challenging times and the increasing pressures of work and life require us to be emotionally intelligent if we are to navigate these times successfully. To understand more about building our own resilience we have bought together a panel of amazing speakers who have all faced unimaginable challenges yet found the strength and resilience to overcome.
This powerful yet uplifting panel will explore how you bounce back when challenges hit. The panel includes TLC (The Lions Club) founder and ex-PwC host Gian Power whose father was murdered when Gian was 23 and TLC Lions George Bullard, an ex-city banker and explorer who witnessed a friend killed by a polar bear, Lis Cashin who in her teens accidentally killed a friend and Cathy Brown, the UK's first female boxer who speaks of sexual abuse.
Learn how each of these ‘Lions’ have put strategies in place to build their own resilience and go on to achieve personal and professional success.
