This is an interactive workshop that explores and challenges inclusive recruitment practices whilst upskilling delegates.

Are you a Manager, HR or Recruitment Leader who is regularly responsible for recruiting and has a responsibility for driving inclusive recruitment practices internally?

Both Kieron and David have worked together to create this workshop specifically to support businesses in attracting, selecting and retaining a diverse workforce. This workshop combines Kieron’s extensive knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion, his prior experience as a recruiter, with David Parker’s extensive training and recruitment experience within the Insurance market, to create an engaging and thought-provoking session will provide managers with easy take away tips to improve their recruitment strategies.
